I'm 21 and working part time while I have a 20 credit hour course load. I just can't keep up. I'm so stressed out and not doing as well in my classes as I could be. I'm thinking about quiting my job and just taking out student loans? Good or bad idea? What would you do advice pretty please?
It is generally a bad idea to take 20 credit hours in one semester (employed or not), I think you have to choose between dropping a class and dropping part-time work. Can you get loans in time to meet your obligations? If not, it seems like you should at a minimum consult a counselor at the school. What would you do advice pretty please?
I think its a good idea to focus on your education. Why dont you apply for loans and see if you get them and then decide. You may not be able to get them.
Drop down to a human-level course load. 20 credit hours is WAY too much. (Frankly, I'm surprised your school allowed it.)
