I am absolutely certain I am not the only one. I have an obsessive compulsive snooze habit ( this is not a serious issue to all you critics out there) but we've all hit the snooze button once too many times before.........snooze.......snooze.....s鈥?sh!t I gotta get to the office!!!!!!!!Question for the World: How do you control your ';snooze reflex'; in the morning? Tips and Advice, please =D?
best way is to put your alarm where you have to physically get up.
but sometimes it doesnt work 4 me. ive been known to get up, turn my alarm off, and got back to sleep and not even know it hahhaaQuestion for the World: How do you control your ';snooze reflex'; in the morning? Tips and Advice, please =D?
My friend actually referred me to this sweet little alarm clock that will def get your a$$ outta bed. Check out the link. This clock jumps off your nightstand at the time you set it and makes random turns around your bedroom while blaring chirps whistles and beeps. You have to chase it down to turn it off. This thing is CLUTCH
First of all, I would ask if you're getting restful sleep. If not, see a doctor. Have a sleep study done. Worked wonders for my husband. We found out he had sleep apnea and was only sleeping a fraction of the time the clock indicated.
He also snored heavily. That's a good indicator of whether or not you have sleep apnea. Unless you have a partner, it's hard to tell if we're snoring or not. I wanted to smother my husband because of his constant loud snoring...LOL!
