I would tell myself that things will get better. to just keep a positive attitude and be the best person you can be. no one is perfect, but everyone should try to be because that's when people truly will be a good people, because they've done their best. i would tell myself to be happy and live life in the now. don't wish life away. that your life is now and it's not going to speed up any faster to whatever part of life you think is going to be better. someday you'll wish that life would slow up instead of speed up. time does fly when you're having fun. :)What advice would you give your former self?

Don't be so hard on yourself. Just put things behind you and remember, you don't have to prove anything to anyone. Just be yourself and live life.
i don't know, i paddle through life on destiny. If I succeed, that is my destiny and if i fail, must have a reason
skip the buffet! i got up to 300 pounds after i blew my knee out, i'm back down to 209 (goal i 275) but it would've been easier to NOT gain it in the 1st place.
