What advice would you give to your former child self?

o0o nice question. haha let's see... where to begin?

don't share your crayons in kindergarten, someone will

screw them up. keep your cookies close, enough said.

oh, and don't jump off the swings in front of staff.

hehe took a while for the lady to catch me, but then i

got detention =| do not sing in front of a teacher, they'll

make you sing This Land is Your Land at a school

assembly :| do not push a guy down when you're playing

tag, even if he was picking on you, you'll get detention.

Oh... and don't knock your little brother off the bed by

hitting him in the head with a pillow. Boy did I get in

trouble for that one. It was an accident though,

i pinky promise =)What advice would you give to your former child self?
Skip every day of school you can without getting kicked out -- but make sure that you still get straight A's. Just take the detention when they give it to you, and smile through it. Most of schooling has nothing to do with learning; it's just social engineering.

Never be embarrassed to ask a girl out. Be shameless. Ignore everything you can about peer groups and what's 'cool'. Come to school in pajamas, with bed hair.

Drop out of school legally at age 16, study up for your GED (high school equivalency test) and SAT (college entrance exam) and nail both of them as soon as you can. Then apply to the most impossible, unattainable universities you can imagine, and tell them flat-out on the application forms exactly what you did: you dropped out of school because it was dumb and a waste of time. Get accepted to the school of your choice.

Then cut the soles of your shoes, sit in a tree, and learn to play the flute. Or do whatever else you want with your new-found free time. Enjoy being a kid while you can. What advice would you give to your former child self?
Always stay positive :)
Take up the guitar now instead of when your 14.....
Stop crying, it just gets worse
just go
