Have you ever had a parent give you HORRIBLE advice?

like on something major and you disregarded what they said and it turned out to be the right decision.








I'm 30 and i can think of a few instances.Have you ever had a parent give you HORRIBLE advice?
Yes. My mum told me which topics to chose for GCSE and I listened to her and spent the worst two years of my life dreading electronics lessons. I got an A but only because I sacrificed my whole year of lunch breaks and after schools working on my coursework which in the end just short circuited.Have you ever had a parent give you HORRIBLE advice?
No but when I was a kid my parents told me that if I kissed a girl she would become pregnant. And when I had my first kiss I was so scared I told her she might become pregnant and she just laughed at me and explained sex to me properly.
parents are dumb. specially mine. to answer your question, yeah i can think of a few. im 17.
No, I left home before they could give me any advice and that is Thanks for the US Military!!
