Can you give advice for weight loss?

Hi , 25 female ,My weight is 70 Kgs . and I have to reduce 10 Kgs. In 10 Days .can someone help me for this ?

you have to take diet food. Firstly avoid eating junk food %26amp; food having much fat.


As butter, cheese, ghee, milk. Also avoid having the food which have much calorie.


Like chocolates, coffee, sugar, bread, bun etc. having much calorie.


do the morning walk and Other exercise daily.


you should dance in the morning with high volume of player and also enjoy it.


you must know aerobics.


after all you don't have to do fast.


you need energy in your body to work. so eat proteins food. which will give energy, but not increase fat in the body.


i know it is difficult to do all this. but you will definitely feel the loss of weight in 3 months.

just keep eating watermelon in morning,at lunch and in dinner,even if u feel hungry anytime,,


dont eat anyting else,i,e when u feel hungry at lunch or dinner, so eat water melon till u feel full stomach.

    I am going to learn how to play the guitar, I am teaching myself, but I have a friend who will occasinally help me out. Today was the first day I've ever even picked up a guitar. He showed me 3 basic chords- G, D, and A, and gave me a simple song to work on using those 3 chords.





    Any advice you have for playing the guitar would be greatly appreciated. Or any information about frets and tuning would be helpful as well.Do you have any advice for playing the guitar?
    im exactly like you- i just started to teach myself the acoustic. its actually easier to learn on the electric because you dont have to press the strings down quite as hard as the acoustic. but some tips would be to make sure to keep your nails short, and fingers straight so you dont run into any other notes while pressing down the strings. i found a great site for tuning your guitar- and if you dont keep it tuned it will make the songs tottaly different:
